I've personally used this mod in my own play through multiple times Blood Rose is A great addition to the wasteland of Boston.
Blood Rose is A voiced companion with 320 files of dialogue. She can talk a lot according to her surroundings and the player's actions. Blood rose has affinity which means you can develop A relationship with her over time. Tho it is not mentioned in the description of the mod Blood Rose wears Brotherhood of steel gear. She can be found near Abernathy farm standing outside of A trailer near the farm. Blood Rose can equip any weapons, armors, or clothes. Blood Rose can do any work assigned by you in workshop mode.
